We saw it tonight -- I think there's plenty for everyone, and you need not be a Frames fan to enjoy the movie. The songs are so plaintive and emotional they stand on their own as just damn good songs. Fantastic film. If you're not a big fan of The Frames/Hansard/Brit Pop, you might not be as into it as the rest. But regardless, it's a nicely made film. Also you gotta give respeck to the super low 150k budget.
