After 69 years, he finally lost a saving throw versus death (Ok, that joke has been told about 1000 times by now). My D&D years were roughly 1981 to 1984. Anyone other former or current gamers here?

My sister and I used to play. Loved it. I actually thought the creator would have been older. Here’s to him.

I played from 1997-2000. It look back on it very fondly. Friends, food, rampant nerdiness. Ahh good times. May he roll in his grave.

I’ve had three D&D phases: early to mid teens, early twenties, and early thirties. All good times.
